OSW26Open Science Week 2026 will offer three days dedicated to current topics in Open Science in the Czech and international context. Join us for expert talks, panel discussions, experience sharing, and practical examples.

This year’s Open Science Week, organized by the Open Science Working Group of the Association of Libraries of Czech Universities, will focus on different approaches to Open Science – from systemic conditions and institutional perspectives, through international inspiration, to specific disciplinary approaches and practical experiences.

The programme will bring together librarians, researchers, data stewards, research support professionals, institutional leaders, and anyone else who works with Open Science or would like to have a better understanding of it.

What can you look forward to?

Over these three days, we will focus on:

  • national perspectives on Open Science,
  • international perspectives and inspiration from abroad,
  • Open Science in practice and specific disciplinary experiences.

You can find the detailed programme on the Open Science Week 2026 programme website.
