I would like to get a public transport coupon for ISIC
To register an ISIC student card in the PID Lítačka online system for the purchase of discounted student fares for public transport and PID (Tariff Student 19-26 years old), it is necessary to have an ISIC card extended for the new academic year (e.g. validity 12/2023). Otherwise, it may happen that your ISIC card will not be able to verify all the parameters needed to purchase a discounted fare and the ISIC will not be accepted in the system. You can purchase a revalidation stamp at the Cash desk on the ground floor of the Library building.
I would like to return the deposit of 300 CZK and cancel the UEW
If you want to cancel the UEW and get back the deposit of 300 CZK and the money rested on the card because you are ending your studies (stay) at CZU, you have to stop by in person at the Cash desk, which is located on the ground floor of the Library building. The deposit and any remaining balance on the card will be returned to you upon presentation of a valid ISIC / Student card and a document prooving the identity (passport or biometric card).
Stolen or lost card
In case of loss, the card can be blocked for the case of misuse by phone or in person at the Card Center, which is located on the ground floor of the Library building.
The card can be unblocked in case you found it or you can issue a new card in case you did not find in the Card centre.
Non-functional and damaged card
It is possible that the card stops working during your studies - the readers (chip) stop responding to it, it does not allow entry into buildings and the University electronic wallet cannot be used. If the card has been mechanically damaged, it is not covered by the warranty (we recommend carrying the card in a proper plastic cover and not bending it) and you will have to buy a new card and pay the corresponding fee. If there is an internal fault, we will make a new card for you free of charge. In case of loss of functionality of the card (UEP, canteen), please contact Ing. I do not have a picture in UIS. What to do?
Students upload photos to the University Information System themselves - a photo means a classic passport photo with parametres of 3.5 x 4.5 cm. The photo have to be in JPEG format and maximum size of 500 kB. If you have uploaded a photo to the system, but it still does not appear when issuing card, it means that the data from UIS has not been transferred to the card system correctly. Can I get a passport picture in CZU campus?
Unfortunatelly no. There is not a public service for making a passport photos in CZU campus. For the purpose of picture for a student card you can use your own older passport photo scanned in computer. If you need a new picture there is a photo machine in the hall of subway A station Dejvická.
