On Monday 19.5. the card centre will be open for operational reasons 13:00-15:00
You can visit the card center without an appointment during opening hours . In special cases, you can contact Alena Hatskevich by email: hatskevitch@lib.czu.cz. The card is fully functional the next day after payment at the LIB cash desk. Without payment, the card is completely inoperative.
For first-year students, it is again possible to send cards by post through orders in the E-shop . In other cases, please send us an e-mail: kcentrum@lib.czu.cz .
A necessary condition for card production is the User Approval check in UIS. Consent to the processing of personal data and internal regulations must be given. Furthermore, it is necessary to have a passport photo uploaded and approved at UIS. THE CARD CANNOT BE MADE ANY OTHERWISE!
The card center is a facility throughout the campus providing all types of student and employee cards. It also serves as a point of contact for resolving card issues. To get in touch, you can use the universal email address: kcentrum@lib.czu.cz or the personal emails of KC employees.

During Christmas and holidays, our opening hours follow a special schedule.
Cash desk - ground floor of the library
- Payments for studying at CZU - cards, accommodation, fees, etc. Credit cards are only accepted to pay the accommodation fee. Any further payment must be made in cash.
