On Thursday 26th of May the card centre will be open from 9:00 to 11:30.
Revalidation stamps are available at the LIB cash desk!
You can visit the Card Centre without an appointment during opening hours
. In special cases you can contact Alena Hatskevich by email: email@example.com .
It is again possible to send cards by post for first-year students via orders in the E-shop
. In this case, it is possible to load the UEP
application onto the card later at the cash desk in LIB for a deposit of CZK 300. In other cases, please send us an e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
A necessary condition for the production of the card is checked Approvals by user
in UIS. Consents must be given to the processing of personal data and internal regulations. It is also necessary to have a passport photo
uploaded and approved in the UIS. THE CARD CANNOT BE MADE OTHERWISE!
The Card Centre is a campus-wide facility providing all types of student and employee cards. It also serves as a point of contact for resolving problems with the cards and the University's electronic wallet. You can use the universal email address: email@example.com or personal emails from KC staff to contact them.
According to the GTS instructions, the validation marks must be affixed in a controlled manner to the card whose holder is entitled to an annual license. For this reason, it is not possible to send the stamp by post! The stamp can be purchased at the box office in the library, not at the Card Centre.
