Grammarly is a real-time learning tool that develops writing skills in English. It can find common spelling, punctuation, and grammar mistakes. It uses AI-based algorithms to show how to improve text clarity, word choice, and stylistics.
The tool allows one to set the type of reader for which the text should be intended (general – knowledgeable – expert) or the level of formality of the text (informal – neutral – formal). Besides this, the license includes a plagiarism checker that compares the text to 16 billion web pages plus major proprietary databases of scholarly journals.
