The OECD collects data from national statistical institutes, international organizations and other official primary sources and carries out analyses based on agreed methodologies that allow reliable country comparisons and the identification of best practices. The OECD iLibrary contains publications, analyses and statistical data from the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). It also includes publications from the International Energy Agency (IEA), the Nuclear Energy Agency (NEA), the OECD Development Centre, the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA), and the International Transport Forum (ITF). OECD iLibrary contains data from the early 60s of the 20th century. The database contains, among other things, over 17,000 electronic books, almost 300,000 tables and graphs, almost 7,000 articles, and 7 billion data graphs across 44 databases.
